3 month training plan: $450 ($150/month)
6 month training plan: $800 ($133/month)
1 year training plan: $1440 ($120/month)
Each plan includes weekly regular communication about progress and needed adjustments.
Coaching Sessions
One-on-one or group sessions are offered to enhance running form and/or moderate a workout (either with or without a subscription).
Private training session: $60
2-3 person session: $80 (split between the athletes)
4-5 person session: $100 (split between the athletes)
Weight training sessions showing how to implement the exercises and techniques on the weight training page are also available at the same price as the private sessions.
Other weight training would come from a weight training coach.
Sample training weeks
Athletes will receive daily emails informing them about the training for that day.
Quantity and pacing of workouts will be individualized according to ability.
The Training Peaks app is utilized and athletics can view all future and previous workouts.
